I would like thank VEL windows and glass for the outstanding service I received in our recent bathroom renovation project. Kim (office Mgr.) is extremely customer focused and a pleasure to work with. Aaron did an oustanding installation job and should be commended for his his high quality craftmanship. This project was delivered on schedule and at an extremely reasonable price. Great job and I will recommend to others.

Outstanding to work with. I've had VEL in a couple of times for some mirrors and basement egress windows, and would easily use them again for future glass work. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that took the time to accommodate my questions before, during, and even after the work was done. The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations: everything was meticulously put back exactly how it was before, the new parging matched perfectly, and I noticed they even included a color-matched drip cap for an even cleaner look. They did a great job of cleaning up as well, right down to sweeping footprints off of the driveway.

Wow! What a beautiful piece of glass. We are absolutely thrilled with our new shower. The installers did an amazing job! Stunning to look at! The workmanship and finish on every angle and join is superior. VEL definitely will have our business again should we ever need glass. Prompt replies to my emails, answered my questions and quote was the finished price. Installer was great, pointed out the mistakes the original glass installers made (which explained why the original failed). Very happy with the new unit, would not hesitate to recommend VEL!

Superb communication with us. Provided priority service for installation to accommodate our holidays. The skilled installation team installed the new shower doors, mirror and fixtures with care, involving us in decisions. The final walk through was unique for us - they showed as how everything worked and gave us best practices suggestions for using our new bathroom.

Back in October, we interviewed three glass companies to give us an estimate for installing a glass shower. The installer from VEL seemed the most competent and detailed with his measurements. Aaron and his partner were the only ones who took their time to use a laser beam, which allowed us to visualize the placement of the glass (see picture). This was crucial, since it showed us beforehand, areas where the glass might be off centered due to the design of the shower. None of the other companies did this! Instead, other installers spent no more than 15 minutes giving only quick measurements and left offering very little suggestions. Since I had a tough time deciding on the design, Kim, the office manager, was extremely patient in helping me to choose the right shower. In the past when I called other companies, I often get the receptionist who would pass my message and then I would have to wait for days to receive an answer. However, with VEL, it was a refreshing experience. The personal attention I received was a nice change. I appreciate that Kim always took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. To top it off, their quote was also the cheapest. Thank you VEL for the amazing service and workmanship! We LOVE our shower glass. It has definitely become a stunning piece in our bathroom and I could not be more happier :)

So happy with our window! Turned out better then expected! The finishing on the inside is perfect. What a excellent company to deal including everyone that came to the house. I would definitely use Vel windows again and would highly recommend.
