I contacted this company 3 months ago and have had nothing but headache from them; The owner is VERY unprofessional and has not respect for his clients, if I thought that going with this small inexperienced company would have given me so many problems I would have stayed with my previous company .
When I call a company your Young child should not be answering your business line, I shouldn’t have to wait 3 weeks for you to contact me after i have made numerous phone calls and sent emails. (unacceptable)
After wanting to cancel my service with this company Jim ( the owner finally writes back) and this is what he had to say and I quote.
“You're so misinformed”
“Please go make someone else's life miserable since you have so much time on your hands”
“Btw, reviews work BOTH WAYS...Please don't threaten me
...And PLEASE lose my contact information”
“Go ahead and keep everything we've installed as I'd rather not waste any more time or effort”
“It's now very clear to me why the last company you dealt with also ripped all the wiring out...mystery solved”
I don’t think by me trying to book an appointment for them to come out and fix a BATTERY issue is asking too much!, especially when I shouldn’t have these problem after ONLY 3 MONTHS.
For him to say this to his clients is totally unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE
In this case a BIGGER company is better
