I contacted this company 3 months ago and have had nothing but headache from them; The owner is VERY unprofessional and has not respect for his clients, if I thought that going with this small inexperienced company would have given me so many problems I would have stayed with my previous company .
When I call a company your Young child should not be answering your business line, I shouldn’t have to wait 3 weeks for you to contact me after i have made numerous phone calls and sent emails. (unacceptable)

After wanting to cancel my service with this company Jim ( the owner finally writes back) and this is what he had to say and I quote.

“You're so misinformed”
“Please go make someone else's life miserable since you have so much time on your hands”
“Btw, reviews work BOTH WAYS...Please don't threaten me
...And PLEASE lose my contact information”
“Go ahead and keep everything we've installed as I'd rather not waste any more time or effort”
“It's now very clear to me why the last company you dealt with also ripped all the wiring out...mystery solved”

I don’t think by me trying to book an appointment for them to come out and fix a BATTERY issue is asking too much!, especially when I shouldn’t have these problem after ONLY 3 MONTHS.

For him to say this to his clients is totally unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE

In this case a BIGGER company is better

We have been with Complete Security Solutions since 2001. They have been servicing both our home and business! Since then we have forwarded much business their way. They are on top of current technologies and tech savvy. The individual approach is their strongest quality. I do strongly recommend them, its company’s like CSS that push forward innovation vs. large companies that sell same template service with low quality gadgets.

Over the years, i’ve dealt with multiple monitoring and security companies for the needs of my home and business. However, never being 100% satisfied with the customer service, quality of the work done by installers, and the lack of personalized solutions, I was on the lookout for someone new.

I was referred to CSS by a family member of mine who swore by the proficiency, quality and personalized security solutions offered by CSS. A few weeks later I had CSS come in to revamp the security and video monitoring at my home. We had Jim from CSS come over to install an alarm system and video monitoring. I was blown away by his work. Every sensor, contact, wire and camera was installed meticulously. Absolutely NO shortcuts were taken. We were so happy by their work at the house we got CSS to come in to do the business as well. Again the quality of work was unmatched. CSS truly tailors a personalized security solution for your home or business depending on the size, layout and dynamics of the building, you won’t be disappointed.

Complete Security Solutions has always provided outstanding, professional service. I can always count on them to provide the most up-to-date technology advice that is honest and always in my best interest, needs, and budget. Jim is very knowledgeable and always over and beyond in his attention to detail and quality of his workmanship to ensure you are getting the best of everything.

We contracted Complete Security Systems in 2007 to install an alarm system in our home. The installation went well and we've been happy with the result and service ever since. The company's installer, Jim, was an extremely pleasant and helpful guy who was quick to reply to any questions we had re. the new system. He was also easy to reach to schedule follow-up visits if ever we needed refits because of new windows, etc.

Jim was referred to me by a family member who trusted Jim's expertise and knowledge in security system installation and upgrades. For my project, I required some upgrades to the builder system. He swapped out the standard alarm panels for touch screens, installed a video doorbell system, GSM module (in case phone lines are cut), flood sensor in basement, glass break sensors, carbon monoxide and fire sensors. Amazingly, he was able to install these units in a finished home and left no damage! I will continue to work with Jim and would highly recommend him for his skilled workmanship and professionalism.
