We used this company to install our pool/hard/softs scape in 2020....to date we are still finding issues, such as faulty equipment, equipment installed wrong, cracked patio stones, offset fence posts, glue dripping down pool side...and the list goes on. The workmanship, service, quality of installation does not even deserve a 1*. I would caution anyone considering Carolo & his company to go elsewhere, the charm and promises during the sales process are NOT present in the end. We have been left with several issues to fix on our own, cracked concrete driveway, sidewalk, front lawn to replace ours and neighbors....the list goes on. MOL showed up several times, crews are treated poorly by the people in charge, yelled at and rushed to get off site and onto the next paying job!! We have sent emails, text messages, placed phone calls with hopes of having some of the issues corrected....not 1 reply of any kind.
Do NOT spend your hard earned money here, do your homework and find a reputable company who appreciates your money/business. Neither company (pool or landscape) is interested in "making right" of their wrongs!
