After 20 years of service, we were dumped by this company in the middle of winter!!! I am disabled, my mother is 77, what are we supposed to do? The owner who used to be so caring was not the same person who stormed out of our house the other day. Tarry came to clear something up with my mother, she misunderstood him, and that was it. I've explained to the owner last summer that my mom has alzheimers and gets confused. When she realized her mistake she called right away, only to be told her apology is accepted, but they will never have anything to do with us. The ONLY complaint was asking for morning snow removal, as our appt's are booked early. We have referred him to so many people over the years, no more. If Tarry is so busy with 100 customers, maybe he should hire more people. We will miss the lawncare service the most, no complaints there. Even if you do not show this review, it doesn't matter, I'm taking this further. I'm sure if my dad was still here this never would have happened. Beyond disappointed.

I do feel a need to respond to this review as it is an attack on my integrity. To clarify a few things. This person has been a "customer" for about 8 years ( not 20, I have only been in business 14). Yes their father/husband past away 3 years ago and since that time I have not charged them a dime for any service. They were treated as a normal customer, weekly lawn mowing, garden maint.,spring and fall clean ups and snow plowing, all at no cost. This past winter on 4 occasions it was asked of me to come earlier, this was not a service I could provide. As with all of our customers we guarantee the driveway will be done within 5 hours of the end of the snow fall, and it was. These people were given notice, but I reassured them if they were stuck for service over the next two weeks, I would show up if they had not got anyone to replace me by then. They were not "dumped"... I gave them notice because I was not able to provide the service they needed. As for hiring more people, this cannot be done while I am providing a free service.
