Luckily I was able to get earlier appointment due to some cancellation, otherwise they are fully booked for next 4 weeks
Crew was very polite and informative
Crew found out that 1 of the duct coming directly out of the furnace was going to garage dry wall and wasted for several years this caused 20% of leakage and another leakage was 30%
In total my leakage was 50%. OMG that 50% of more in energy bills!!!
Crew sealed everything and now the leak is 0.9% or in other words 0%. That is a big WAO!!
Charges depends on the sq/ft of house
I recommend to stop taping off the vents/stop insulation in the attic/stop putting heater/fans in other rooms due to no air flow and call Victor.
Money well spent. I saw big difference in 24 hours.
My furnace is working less and rooms are more comfortable.
The far bedrooms CFM has improved a lot and those are getting more warmer.
Time will tell how much the seal will last, but what I saw was amazing. The warranty is for 10 years but it will last more. Even if you have to redo after 10 years (if you are in the same house) it is still worth doing it.
In the end it is your health and comfort.
