During the Christmas holidays, my boys and I woke up to a freezing cold house on one of the coldest days in December. I contacted Josh and within 45 minutes he was at my home diagnosing my furnace issue. Within just a few short hours, he had the parts, the problem was fixed and my home had heat again. Not only was Josh extremely prompt and professional, but he was kind and took the time to explain the problem and show me how to set my thermostat more efficiently.
