Let start of by saying that When my husband and I purchased a lamp we expected it to work as it should, not cut in and out on us within the first year. My husband brought the defective lamp back to the Etobcoke store. He spoke to the Manager Anisha and asked if something could be done, to get it replaced and her response was immediately no, you don't have a receipt so I cant help you. She refused to help him and basically informed him that he had to go back to the store where he bought it. She was very blunt and rude, it was under the one year warranty period it should not matter what store it was taken to as Structube is a large group of locations and as a Manager you should step up and help the customer. Needless to say I will never shop or go near this store again. The service and staff are poor at best, Obviously this young lady has a lot to learn about customer service.
