We contacted Curtis at Animal Mechanical though the wholesaler of our existing failed hotwater tank. She said she chose him because he was a great guy who owned his own business. This appealed to us as we ourselves own small businesses. He promptly responded to our voicemail within the hour. Once we started talking to him we knew we had made the right choice! His consultation was excellent and once he was on-site he carefully explained the choices and challanges in our 58 year old house. The decsion was made by my wife and I do go with a tankeless system after the options were presented. The cost was identical to what was the suggested quote. Curtis was there when he said he would be and did an excellent job! The plumbing inspector also commented on the excellent work after completion. The service room was neat and tidy when all the work was done also!

As we are renovating we are now seeing how great his service is compared to other trades that are now constantly coming in and out of our transforming home.
