In business we decided to hire Express Computer Repair to service our business computer and personal computers. We liked Chuck and thought he was a good fit.
We needed a new business computer and wanted exactly what we had just newer and faster. We also offered him a job to build Our websites for us in which he subcontracted the work out.
Our new computer was missing a crucial component as well as his subcontractor couldnt deliver on the websites as we felt he wasnt building upon our needs but his own needs. We brought this up to chuck and we decided to fire the subcontractor. This subcontractor was very belittling.
We were given a bill and declined to pay it until the errors were remedied. We invited Chuck to the house many times to find a resolution and he would never show up.
I recieved a letter stating Our bill of 600.00 will be transferred to collections if its not paid. I refuse to pay for this kind of service. I too am a contractor and I always look after my clients to make them happy!
Sad how chuck runs his company. He could of had us for years to come and instead the importance of our business ment little to nothing to him.. his 600.00 could of turned out to be thousands of profitable income with many referrals. So much for supporting our locals.
