Absolutely top notch! Jeff responded quickly to my enquiry about servicing our gas fireplace. He was here the next day and did a thorough job cleaning and repairing. We were impressed by his professionalism and how he explained everything he was doing.

Jeff arrived on time and did a full assessment of our fireplace to not only diagnose the issue, but did a full safety check as well. Jeff was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and was more than willing to answer any questions. He provided various options to fix the issue, but explained the pros/cons of each and potential future issues that may arise with certain options. He repaired and cleaned the fireplace and did a post-fix safety check to make sure that the fireplace was operating as expected.

Overall Jeff did an awesome job and he will be my go-to person for my fireplace.

Our natural gas wood stove needed a new fan and remote control replaced. We were referred to Jeff through a friend. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Hadn't used my gas fireplace for approximately 5+ years (is about 13 years old). Called Jeff and he came over and we discussed that he'd see if there were any issues that would mean it needed to be replaced, or service it and make it useable if it was in good working order.

Jeff repaired our fireplace - the ignition was not working. Great job -very personable. It’s working perfectly now. He was careful to protect our hardware floor and cleaned up as well including cleaning our glass and vacuuming out the fireplace.

We had used Jeff once before and were very pleased so we asked Jeff to look at our pool heater which was not working properly.
He came over promptly, told us our pool heater required replacement and disconnected our gas line.

We recently moved to a new place with a Pool. Jeff came out to look at our heater, which was giving a sensor error. Jeff was able to come on short notice and address the issue on his visit. He took the time to explain the issue, offer tips for future maintenance and share pictures/videos of what he did. I appreciated the additional time he spent to prevent future issues. I will definitely be using Jeff in the future.
