Marc came in and replaced a toilet water shut off valve and did some extensive searching to assess a possible leaking pipe. Marc also put in a small access panel in the wall with our troubled area for the future.

It was a relief to work with a competent team of professional plumbers. After getting bad advice from 2 so called master plumbers in Ottawa (and which cost us several thousand dollars on wasted work) we received a strong recommendation for Horizon Plumbing as guys who can take on a big project at reasonable rates.

This was a very complex project involving 5 townhouses. The job included excavating the entire front yard to install new individual and shared sanitary lateral pipes, installing a new shared main water pipe, as well as significant interior work. The interior plumbing work for all units, connecting the new interior sewer pipes to the new exterior sewer pipes, and overall quality control of the entire project was led by Horizon Plumbing. The interior plumbing work involved excavating the basement concrete floors, replacing the old cast iron sewer pipes, installing back water valves to prevent future sewer back-ups and a number of plumbing improvements to each townhouse unit. Throughout the project Marc and the rest of the Horizon team were always on time, explained the work in terms that a regular person could understand, and worked hard to keep costs under control. Horizon Plumbing has also done plumbing work for our personal home and we were also very pleased with their first-rate level of service and quality. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Horizon Plumbing for your plumbing needs whether big or small.

I recently purchased an older house that had both copper drain pipes as well as tree roots in the sewer line. Unfortunately for me, this required replacing the whole plumbing system both inside and outside the house.

Marc and the team at Horizon did a great job fixing it all up that came in on-time and under budget. Getting it all replaced is a big, ugly job, but if you have to do it, I highly recommend going with Horizon. I won't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Horizon provided excellent service. Old (60 years!) copper pipe and drain replaced in my kitchen sink. Beautifully cleaned up and the charge was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
