In arranging the appointment, Alexander actually returned phone calls! He came on time, set up and cleaned our 500 square feet of almond colour ceramic floor quickly, thoroughly, and politely using an industrial floor cleaning machine - very professional. Now that the floor is dry I can honestly say I have never seen it so clean - the grout actually matches the tile!

We will be using Micron again.

I've used Micron Cleaning twice now to steam clean some couches. Alex was very accommodating to our schedule and was prompt with his replies. I wish I took a before picture of the couches because the difference was night and day, they also smell and feel new again. Thanks again!!
