Not effective for grout cleaning
There are several big areas on the ground floor hallway and powder room where the grout is not clean. You can see that it looks dark and probably not enough time spent on those areas. He said its time to get a new grout and for him it is clean and he will not clean it again. I know that it was not a job well done because I cleaned my grout 2x before and i know what it looks like when it is clean. You can try him for tile cleaning but would not recommend for grout cleaning.
This is just my personal opinion. This is not meant to destroy his reputation. Unfortunately for us, we were not satisfied.

As per your request come and re-do the job I didn't ask much questions and came there myself spending my time, materials and gas. no complains, no extra coast to you. I inspected the entire floor and the areas where I had concern if it MIGHT be better I did again.
Another thing j would like to point - I said - there is a difference between new grout and cleaned one. And not - it's time for a new grout.
Your grout is in perfect condition and I wish most houses have same.I'm really sorry my company wasn't good enough for your standards and hope you can find the right one.
