We used Heatmaster services (Dmitri) to replace our old furnace 2 years ago and took his recommendation to go with Goodman 2 stage. We have been pretty happy with the unit. Dmitri did a really great job with the replacement. He came back last week for a complete service with Ian. They checked for gas leaks, CO+gas, cleaned the flame sensor and condensate trap. They also cleaned the humidifier and furnace housing, and replaced the filters. He explained everything to us. Now we are ready for winter! ... well furnace wise.. never ready for winter myself :)
