I was referred to Scott - co-owner of Clarkson General Contracting - by an acquaintance of ours in the building and renovation industry. We met and discussed the items we wanted to accomplish. Right from the get go Scott came across as possessing a wealth of info and ideas relating to home upgrades and renovations. We identified the specific details that comprised our wish list and received a cost estimate from Scott.
Not only did he manage his team throughout, but he also participated on specific project tasks himself. He helped us throughout the project by co-ordinating with the custom kitchen cabinet supplier and appliance store provider to make sure that all required specifics were dealt with in a timely fashion.
The quality of his work was first-rate. He and his team installed new hardwood floors, participated in the final install of new custom kitchen cabinets and all related electrical, pot lights, plumbing, backsplash and appliance installation, new porcelain tile in bathroom, complete house painting, new patio door and window installation.
He addressed all of our concerns and questions. He completed all tasks on the project list on time and on budget and more than a few additional tasks that were added by us. He also reacted very professionally to any last minute changes we introduced along the way !!
Throughout the project Scott also provided us great ideas for design, colour and structural decisions.
