I called Laith from work on Sunday about our furnace that stopped working. He responded immediately and came to my house within an hour and checked it. He fixed it temporarily and we had a warm night since no parts available on Sunday. He came next day with parts and fixed it. Very nice prompt professional service in this very cold winter.
