I have dealt with many contractors over the years, with new builds and remodels and I will tell you I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had with Distinctive Kitchens. Sure they love you when your spending thousands building a new kitchen, but once you need a replacement part they don't know you, they don't care about you and they begin to nickel and dime you.
Their receptionist is the rudest person in a customer service position I have ever met. The owner refuses to talk to you and thinks you will go away if he shaves off a dollar or two for parts that are supposed to be under a lifetime warranty. I was willing to pay, but what he didn't understand and wouldn't because he refused to take a minute out of his time to speak to a customer is that it's not about the money but the principle of things.
I urge you to take your business somewhere else.
