I have a property where i have a large yard space facing a major street. It is a challenging space to work in as the fence line sits on a steep hill.

When coming in for a quote, Zion was very helpful in sharing his insights and coming up with smart recommendations on how to layout the fence line and deck area to maximize usable space, manage noise issues, and build for stability and strength. Also, i was impressed by the quality of the materials he uses in his projects - only top notch grade cedar that I haven't seen with other contractors.

The job went very smoothly and I've been very happy with the results; Zion, Dave, and the rest of the team have been very professional and accommodating, and have made my yard space into another living area that my family can now enjoy.

WE couldn't have imagined how nice of a deck Zion and his team has built for us on our 3rd floor deck. The pergola gives us enough shade but also lets through daylight. We have spent all summer out there! The build team were courteous, friendly, easy-going and extremely professional. Great job!

Zion and his team were 100% professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our 80 year old front porch needed to be torn down and completely restructured/rebuilt. We also added tongue & groove cedar planking to our porch ceiling. We had a complicated roofing project to complete this summer that involved removing an old roof deck (walk-out from our third floor), having the roof replaced, and installing a new deck. We hired Bin Solutions to remove the old deck and build a new one.

We experienced a few issues with reliability of the carpenters, however, Zion worked hard to keep the crew on track and make sure we were happy. Zion was very organized and made some great recommendations for the design of our deck. We are very happy with the finished product and love spending time on the deck. I'd recommend Zion's services and would use him again for future projects.

Toronto Decks and fence did a great job on horizontal cedar fence, they removed the old fence and fixed several issues we had with footers and location of the fence then they installed a beautiful horizontal cedar fence, a really great design that only they are doing.
The results are great, we had no issue whatsoever and we can truly recommend them.
