Hi Clint, first of all I completely respect your review and your opinion but I think you missed some bits out.
When you placed your order for your mattress, you said you weren't quite sure whether your bed was a double or a queen but most likely a double. So I said to you in that case you can place your order for a double and then go home and measure your bed and if it is a queen I will bring you the queen mattress and charge you just $50 extra. You said that is great and agreed.
However, you never got back to us with the size of your bed so we assumed that you were correct in thinking that your bed was a double and we delivered the double size mattress. 2 days after the delivery you got back to us and said that actually your bed is a Queen and you need a queen. Now here is where I will be honest and say that it took us 13 days to get you the queen version of the mattress which is a rather long time for us since we usually get it done within 2-3 days. I apologize for the time it took to switch your mattress and I can go onto explain why it took us so long but there is no need, at the end of the day it took a long while and a customer should not have to wait that long for their mattress to be changed.
Having said that, I must admit your rating of 0/10 is a little harsh since we gave you a great price, didn't charge for delivery even though we had to come twice.. and above all if you had let us known your bed was a queen in the first place, none of this would of happened so I'm sure you are mature enough to take some responsibility.
