We hired Total Home Entertainment to put the finishing touches on a large renovation project on an older bungalow in Calgary in Aug 2015. At the end of our renovation we wanted to have a home audio and video system that would run from a centrally located hub in the basement, leaving only televisions and ceiling mounted speakers distributed in the house. Total Home Entertainment was brought in for a quote and right from the start did not fail to impress. From taking the time to thoroughly understand what we were looking for today and asking the right questions to understand what we could be looking to add in the future, Don was able to provide a prompt quote that incorporated all of the items we wanted, utilized some of the existing equipment I already had available and left room to grow in the future, all at a reasonable cost. The work was quickly scheduled and as the installation got underway it was quickly apparent that we would not be disappointed. From always arriving when he said he would arrive to keeping the work area clean and tidy right through to the workmanship and pride that the finished product exudes, we were happy before we even turned the equipment on. Prior to wrapping the job up Don walked us through a demonstration of how everything worked. Everything is extremely user friendly and works as advertised. We feel that our expectations were exceeded by Total Home Entertainment (and Don!) and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to do large or small residential Home A/V or Automation project. It is obvious that Don is very passionate about his craft and takes tremendous pride in his work.
