Declan did a great job in our home about 6 months ago.
He removed the popcorn ceilings on main floor (we have high ceiling in family room) and second floor lobby. He did veneer finish on top and primed all ceiling. He protected all walls with plastic. The Ceilings looks smooth and beautiful and bright.
Top Qualities: Great Results, Personable, Accommodating, Excellent Value, very responsive to emails and texts.

My only nit picks are that he originally supposed to start 9:00am in the morning but the night before he changed to 12 noon. The next morning this was changed to the next day "one of his guy called in sick". The project took a little longer than I was told up front but because I wasn't yet living at my new place it wasn't an issue.

We'll certainly hire him again for future projects. Thank you very much!!

The ceiling was perfectly smooth and reparied properly. I had a small issue with the cleanup afterwards, as there was some left over plaster on the light fixtures and railings. Declan said, "no problem" and was over the next business day to clean up the remaining plaster.

Overall, they provided excellent service and value for the quality and scope of work completed.

Don't use this company! It started out fine was guaranteed at most a week to complete smooth ceiling lower level and hall upstairs by Declan...2 1/2 weeks later my lower level not complete they had dust and plaster everywhere on top of it workers that had absolutely no experience. They had a man literally fresh off the boat from Ireland that was clearly overworked considering only here like 6 weeks that a had to quit because he was overworked and had no real help. I'm still finding spatters on this plaster they used on my doors and furniture. What makes matters worse is the ceilings are not smooth and still needed sanding, paint bubbles spotty but just wanted the nightmare over! Now more than 2weeks later my garage door is open because of my son Declan rings my doorbell to say I see a box that is his ??? How unprofessional I don't care if your working in the area you don't snoop in people garage how about calling first, plus would you not know your missing a box of vital tools a whole 2-3 weeks later! I told him I have to check with my other contractor he said this is mine call me if he says otherwise I told him my other guy will be here mid week he did not care he was taking it anyway. Regardless if it away his blows my mind how unprofessional this company is after the terrible experience they know they put us though! Save yourself the headache don't use this company.

This is the second time I have had Shamrock back to do work in my home and I was impressed and completely satisfied with their great work both time. I refer them often.

Highly would recommend great job,on time delivery, great quality with drywall and taping entire home brand new custom build. A+++++++++
