Precision Paving And Seal Coating

We hired Precision to clean and repair some cracks in our driveway and seal it all in November of 2014. Within a month, grass and weeds began growing through the crack repair - which I was told would not happen if they cleaned out the cracks properly. Further when the warm weather arrived with summer, the crack repair became tacky and could be squished with your foot or hand. If a car was resting on a spot, the rubber from the crack repair stuck to the tires and pulled up from the driveway - wrecking both the crack repair and the tire. We had to take one of our vehicles into a tire repair shop to have the rubber removed. The tire is drive-able but not the same. We can no longer park in our driveway for fear of ruining our tires. I spoke with the sales supervisor - Matt - who I originally dealt with in booking the job and he assured me they would be back in the area and would remedy the situation. He could not give me a specific date however. And after speaking with him three times and continually being put off, he has now stopped returning my phone calls. It has been almost six months I have been chasing him for the repair he promised would be done.
