Manny did not only solve my ventilation problem he restored my faith in people. All the good things being said about him in these reviews are true. Manny is amazing at what he does! He replaced my soffit, fascia, eves troughs and redirected the downspouts away from the house. And I can't wait for him to replace my siding.
I had a smile on my face for a week knowing that my work was done to perfection and I had been not ripped off.
If you are privileged enough to get Manny to do the work you need consider yourself blessed.

Manny is the man! He vented out my soffits and saved me tonnes of money compared to what other people were quoting me. He did it all in two days and did not cut corners on materials and craftsmanship. Don't agree to any quote until you talk to Manny first.

We had an image of what we wanted but were so impressed by Mannys eye for detail and craftsmanship that we just let him roll knowing that he would pull it together and make it look beautiful. He did. Due to the incredible ratings and reviews received on Homestars, we contacted Manny to get a quote for our home - we never did get a second quote. He was so enthusiastic and professional, we knew he would do an amazing job. He and his team did not disappoint!! Manny managed to squeeze us in to his already-packed schedule - they showed up every day ON TIME and worked tirelessly to finish the job. Each day, they cleaned the yard before they left. My husband and I (and all of our neighbours!!) were so impressed with the quality of their work - the trim around the windows and doors was PERFECT; the downspouts were re-routed to be out of the way and to be more discreet; they touched up any minor imperfection with matching paint. They went above and beyond in addressing issues that were outside the scope of the project, even trimming out and siding the trap door to our crawl space!! Manny suggested the siding colour (iron ore) and recommended that we contrast the white soffit with iron ore fascia and eavestrough/downspouts - after much debate, we went with his suggestions. The result is that our house looks modernized, and very classy (as one neighbour offered); we even like the red brick on our house now!!!!

We heard about Multi-Service Aluminum through a friend. After checking them on Homestars, we decided to contact Manny; the company promptly sent experts to come and inspect our existing eavestroughs and downspouts. We were told that we can temporarily repair, or replace the entire piece. We decided for the latter. The company gave us a quote and the date for the completion of the project. After some shopping around, we decided to go with M-S.A. The work was completed on the indicated date thoroughly and the outcome has been awesome. Highly recommended. Great job, Manny. Thanks.
