Darren and his group of movers are amazing!! They moved us very quickly and efficiently. Nothing was broken during the move and they put mats on all flooring and stairs so they dont make any marks on floors. I would highly recommend Mountain Movers for anyone looking to get a move done with no stress at all. They showed up on time and had great attitudes. All of the guys moving were so easy to talk with!

I had read so many positive reviews about Mountain Movers, and after reaching out to a few companies, this one seemed to be the best. Darren contacted me immediately and was so friendly and helpful right from the initial conversation.
He was able to give me a very reasonable quote as well as what I could expect on moving day.
The team of 4 awesome guys were right on time, and all so helpful and polite!
They went through the house to make sure they knew everything that was going and even wrapped up pictures and mirrors. It happened to be the hottest day of the month that day, but they all worked hard and kept a great sense of humour while doing it. They made a very stressful day so much easier for me.
I highly recommend this company, and have already told my friends and family if they ever need movers, this is the place to call.

We just moved yesterday and used Mountain Movers and to say they were amazing is an understatement. They were fast, courteous and personable. And most importantly reasonably priced. I highly suggest them to anyone looking for a company

1) When you phone Mountain Movers you speak with Darren - the owner - who will be driving the truck. Not some office person who may or may not record the pertinent details of your move incorrectly (this happened with my mother-in=law who chose a Langley company - she paid more to move a small 2-bedroom modular home than we did to move a 5 bedroom home with Mountain Movers.
2) Mountain Movers prices are the lowest of all competitors. Shocking because they are amazing moving company. But their overhead is low so they can deliver quality, well planned moves, for less than the price of their competitors.
3) Darren quotes you a price that is transparent. No hidden fees. No 5-hour minimum charge. No charge per stair. No mileage charges. Some companies show up and demand an extra $1,000 or they won't unlock the truck.
4) The movers are personal, clean cut, professional guys - they take pride in handling your items with care. They're polite, attentive and funny. They are a joy to be around. With other moving companies the guys can be rough around the edges.
5) They just finished moving us in 31 degree heat. They went to our 10x20x10 storage locker in Port Coquitlam without us having to be there, emptied the storage locker, and brought our furniture and belongings to Victoria. They also do piano moves.

The movers showed up on time, took instructions of the 2 stops I required for my move. Everything was handled with care, the employees were polite and considerate. I would use them again and recommend their services to anyone.

This is the second time I've used Mountain Movers. I cant remember if i wrote a review the first time but i will today! These guys are awesome. Darren did my quote and set up moving date. everything went smoothly and on time. Better than i expected. I hired them again from my first time because i was so happy with them. I wish i could say this every time i have moved but i most definitely can not. I have had some awwwful moving experiences.

I have recommended these guys to multiple friends and one co worker and have had nothing but great feedback.

The crew with Mountain Movers were punctual, careful, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They came highly recommended. First day Great, got most of the furniture moved. Second day not so much I dont know what fully transpired but they decided to call it quits in the middle of the move. They moved what they had loaded and left. The owner helped us out and found a replacement company to help us finish our move.after everything was said and done I found things broken and when contacting the company I keep getting the run around. Nothing has been resolved to this date. I definitely would not recommend this company for moving

This is my second move with Mountain Movers. 2 years ago I moved within Vancouver and it went very smoothly. This time I moved to Gabriola Island. Darren organized the team to get me out of my place in record time. They arrived on the Island when expected and the unloading went quickly and efficently.

Book as soon as you can with them because they book fast. They only do one move per day, so they movers arent over tired, and moving time can be dedicated to just you.
Darren the owner is great to speak to and was super helpful, I was so stressed but he was able to calm my nerves. He called to confirm the day before.
3 movers, a driver, and a huge truck, made moving a breeze. They blanket-wrapped all furniture and any bits & bobs went into their bigger boxes so it wouldnt bounce around in the truck. All my boxes moved intact.
The movers were cheery, courteous and organized. Very efficient. I moved on my own, so having three movers meant my belongings were safe.
The truck itself had a lift and a ramp, so no matter what your set up is, they have you covered.
My move was a one bedroom and over 30kms away, it went by without a hitch.
Organized and reasonable price - good even (better than any quote I received).
They came recommended to me by a friend, I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
