Lights were installed and paid for as well as a garland around the door. The garland was not what we ordered. We were told every day for a week a new one would be brought over. Never happened. Requested a refund. Got one only after filing with the BBB. Now the lights aren't working and were again told every day for a week they would come and replace them. Again never happened and now won't return emails or phone calls. Part of the fee is for maintenance all season as well as removal. Not going to happen. Terrible customer service. Do'nt use this terrible company.

What could this company do to improve their services?: They could honour their commitments and not BS over and over again to try to get rid of somebody who has already paid.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Hire somebody else or just do it yourself.
