I booked with Jamie 2 weeks ago. I was quoted $240 for my couch . I sent him a video and he was to respond with a quote confirmation. He never did. The night before he was suppose to come out he texted me a new price with an increase of $100. I waited two weeks for the cleaning, only for him to change the price the night before . Bad business . I sent the video the same day I was quoted . That price should have been honoured .

Just wanted to mention to anyone looking for furniture cleaning. Sparkling clean service was the best I have run into over the years. Best price, efficient timing, quality cleaning and best customer service I have had in awhile.

I had Jamie and his helper clean my 3 seater couch and area rug. They did a great job and I was so pleased. After my couch dried it looked brand new - the stains were gone. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This business offered excellent customer service. I was impressed with how clean my stained sofa came clean. There were some really nasty stains that I was sure wouldnt come clean. However, this company had no problems removing them. I was surprised.

I had sparkling clean in this morning I had the D&D special to help with my puppy training issues, my carpets were destroyed right through to the under-pad by our newest family member! Everything came up and out now it’s smelling incredible. They used a dry foam... so basically no drying time. They had top of the line professional equipment that really scrubbed out my carpets. I’m so impressed one time worked like a charm. The guys talked me through Every step. My carpets are deep cleaned much better than steam and the process was much faster. Sparking clean are amazing I had an amazing experience with these guys.

Sparkling clean carpets saved the day!! I was having a great Christmas party and then my dog knocked over a bottle of wine and stepped all through my gorgeous white expensive new living room carpet. Yes said white, I’m insane! But I love it. This company was amazing fast and the foam did the trick! Came out Boxing Day and it made it look like it never happen! Thanks again Francine and team.
