Ray was hired to do rough plumbing and drain in the basement area to add 2 bathrooms. We are very disappointed by his service. Ray did not come back to fix a misplaced toilet drain despite promising to do so. Wasted our time and money as we waited full week and he did not show up or respond us back.
Overall poor service and does not value his profession and costumers. On top of the lack of responsibility, it was evident that he had no patience to do the job right and wanted it to finish as quickly as possible and cash out. He used 1.5 inch drain instead of 2 inches, while it is generally recommended to use a 2 inch pipe, so he took advantage of us not knowing the ideal size. He used a grinder to cut a drywall causing a lots of dust in a furnished house, which was close to the furnace and could cause serious damage to the furnace itself.
