Price gouging during COVID outbreak. Charged $300 for the service only to replace a toilet. We paid separately for the toilet and had to arrange delivery. Interglobal would not pick up and I had to beg to have the old toilet disposed. Service call took almost 2 hours. It is incomprehensible how this could take so long. I assume it is to justify the outrageous charge. No precautions were taken to safeguard against spread of COVID while inside our residence -- no mask and had to physically pass phone to installer to show proof of payment before he would leave.
