We had great communication from the first day he met with us through to the very end of the project. Jay was provided with detailed instructions as far as what we wanted and he followed them precisely. His sub-trades were all very professional, courteous, and timely in completing their work. His trades all had nothing but good things to say about Jay and it was evident that he had a very good working relationship with all of his trades. We did a final walkthrough together prior to him requesting final payment from us. We would hire him again without hesitation, and we have recommended him to friends, neighbours and colleagues as he is very trustworthy, reliable and conscientious about his work.
