The Latest Home Inspection Technology - For home inspections we use the latest non-invasive technology, tools and instruments, including Thermal Imaging, SpectoScope, Moisture Meter, Combustible Gas Detector, Laser Thermometer, Hygrometer, Boroscope, Electrical Testers, Voltage Detectors among other tools. We inspect all major components of the home from the exterior to the interior. A Home Inspection Reference Book - "Now That You Have Had a Home Inspection" is a book that is provided to you upon completion of the inspection. This book contains helpful tips on maintaining your home, saving energy and how your home works. This book is an excellent source of helpful information for experienced home owners and first time buyers. Lab Results Obtained the Next Day - A detailed lab report is provided the next day for Mold Inspections. In addition to taking mold samples for laboratory analysis, we also do Indoor Air Quality Testing to check for the presence of mold spores in the air. Samples are sent to our PRO-LAB partners in Vaughan and samples are analyzed for the presence of mold, lead or asbestos. The lab report details the species of mold, the spore concentration and any known health problems or allergic reactions that may be associated with the mold. Some people have allergies to pets such as dogs and cats, while others have allergies or concerns about cockroaches, rats, mice and dust mites. Did you know we also test the air for allergens? One of my friend gave me Rob's number. Before I called him, I went online to check his profile. I was surprised to see his ratings. I called to make an appointment next day. He showed up on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was with him entire inspection. He was explaining while he was inspecting. He took his own time. He gave me a report and promised to provide additional reports(more following day. He did as he promised. I also contacted him to get more info. He answered my emails on time. I would recommend him for sure. Thank you Rob for your great service!

Hey,
I was lucky to get connected to Rob for my first house purchase here in Mississauga, since I was new to the structure and other aspects of the inspection, Rob took his time first and then explained each and every time in detail along with possible solutions and recommendations.
It was really helpful and the didital report we got, is going to be a part of our house, since it explains everything in detail and is pretty informative.

I hired Rob to conduct an inspection ahead of my 1 year Tarion warranty report. He was extremely through and professional from the moment he rang my doorbell. He was punctual, detailed and provided a e-copy of the report, with pictures before leaving. This report will help me identify all builder issues with my house that should be covered under Tarion warranty, which will add value to my property while saving my money at the same time. Great Price & Fast Response

Rob gave me the best price for my condo house inspection in Mississauga. Other inspectors were considering to charge me more based on my location, however, this wasn't the case with Rob. He was insightful and detailed with his inspection and he educated me on aspects I didn't know about.
