Rob is an honest and highly knowledgeable certified inspector. I have hired him the second time now and he has done an excellent inspection which has saved me thousands!!! I was able to negotiate a better deal with the house i’m purchasing because of him. He inspected every inch of the house in detail and he was able to find what most inspectors would have overlooked in my opinion. He only talks to you not your realtor.In simple words he’s the guy you need before making any big decisions when purchasing a home.
