Roof to Lawn Renovations

Hired to put down vinyl flooring over ceramic tile in small kitchen. He did not use leveler, despite having it requested to do so, so floor dips and shifts; He accidentally cut telephone line, did not nail down new quarterround (despite charge for finishing nails), did not finish adding quarter-round ... seems to have run out so just didn't bother with finishing, scraped paint off cupboard. Overall, a very poor shoddy job in my opinon.

Great response time - called and was in later that day to not only diagnose but to resolve problem on the spot! I would recommend to friends and family and will call them for my next job!
