This has been THE WORST experience ever. booked an appointment. NO ONE SHOWED UP. waited an hour. called the company which was about as enjoyable as pulling teeth. the person was completely confused. i've spoken to 5 different people and they are all equally as useless. they told me the cleaner was not showing up but they could reschedule and give me a whopping 10$ dollars off! yippie! so with no choice but to reschedule, I did for the next day. and they didn't show up again. called and spoke to the manager after the person was late. they said she was on the way. etc. this went on until somehow i found myself on a three way call with the cleaning person and manager an hour later with the cleaning person saying they came and left cause they couldn't find my place and her company was providing her with no solution. not the cleaning person's fault, completely the company's fault.

anyway's quite possibly the worst experience. DO NOT USE THEM.
