I hired Sierra Reno Group to replace the tiles of my kitchen backsplash. Benton was friendly, responsive and made me feel at ease. He addressed my concerns quickly and in a way that shows he truly cares about his customers. The tiling work was completed within one day, plus another quick visit for the finishing touch. I'm very happy with the results!

We needed to have a repair for wood damage caused by a furniture delivery. From the initial call Benton was a complete joy to deal with. Very professional and accommodating. His service person Tim was equally professional and excellent in his customer service. We are very happy with the quality of the repair and we will be using the Sierra Reno Group for our upcoming bathroom renovation!

The end result was what we wanted but what I would highlight is just the professionalism. In a field that often lacks people who do what they say they'll do, Benton and his team show up on time, consistently and do a high-quality job. It's really why we went back to them after doing a renovation with them the previous year.

We have used this company for a few fixes around the home: Cold cellar door installation, fixing of door frame, caulking of bathroom shower. Benton always responds promptly and someone is usually able to come sooner rather than later. Would highly recommend.

My house is currently on the market and it was important to have this door fixed as the agent wasn’t very happy trying to show the place with a busted door. They were able to come on short notice and arrived at 7am to fix it just in time for the next round of showings for Sunday morning. Amazing presonalized service. All my questions were answered. Work was done on time and on or above standard. I liked the added advice given to maintain and enjoy my home. Will definitely use their services again.

The quality of the majority of the work was top notch. Call out for the sub who did our drop ceiling and the quality of the painting along with the under the cabinet guy. Work was top notch as was the personalities of the subs who did the work. We were also pleased with the collaborative approach to figuring out what would work from a design perspective as well as recommendations from the sub contractors on what would look/work best.

I was looking to have a new deck built around our backyard pool and a privacy fence erected on the south side of the property. I had not used Sierra Reno Group previously. I found Benton and his crew to be reliable and professional. I made a few adjustments along the way and they were very accommodating. From tear down to clean up, the quality of the workmanship was second to none. I have already contacted Benton about another reno project.

O’Neil came to the work site and provided great professional feedback that saved us a lot of money. On the work date. O’Neil was on time and went through the installation process with me. Sierra Reno Group are reasonably prices and did a great job. they got the job done within a week of calling them. i had posts replaced and the original panels reused.
