I have been EXTREMELY impressed with Radon West. I’ve never met a group of individuals more enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. They are committed to ensuring that you’re happy with every aspect of their work and ensure that you understand the background behind radon. Colin and Renata spent a considerable amount of time at my place trying to find the optimal way to lower my radon. I live in a 1930s house with a basement that has 2 concrete slabs, has been extended 3 times and sits on thick clay. Despite this complexity, Colin and Renata welcomed the challenge and weren’t satisfied until the radon levels were low. This involved a lot of creativity and persistence given my setup. In addition to this, I was able to learn a lot about my house as they walked me through the work and explained the aspects they encountered.
I really can’t say enough good things about this company and these people. I’m a very detailed and picky person and they still blew away my expectations. I would very highly recommend Colin, Renata and the Radon West team.
