Bespoke Maintenance

I just moved the week before Christmas and was in a huge rush to find someone to check on my house while I was away over New Years. Andrew was super flexible in finding a time to meet and took great care in checking over the house when we met. While I was away, the furnace started leaking small amounts of water, which Bespoke reported immediately to both me and the landlord. They even repaired a light fixture I’d accidentally pulled out of the ceiling while trying to change the bulb. Really professional friendly service. Highly recommended.

We were transferred to Italy for a little more than a year. Our home which is a detached house needed to be closely monitored and managed while we were away to meet both the insurance requirements and keep us at ease. Andrew and Bespoke were amazing. They kept us updated with any issues and made us feel totally comfortable. Bespoke had to deal with some challenges as well while we were away including some plumbing, carpentry and roofing, but they were handled seamlessly and the quality of the workmanship was amazing. So much so my neighbour has hired them to do some work at their place. I would highly recommend anyone considering Bespoke to manage their home while they are away.

My wife and I hired Andrew and his team at Bespoke Maintenance to do some repairs around our house in order to prep it for sale. We needed multiple light fixtures to be replaced, some plumbing, some exterior work with our eavestrough down spouts and a full cleaning of the interior including all interior windows and blinds. Andrew provided an initial estimate of the work and costs and his team did a great job while adhering to the budget set out. We were very satisfied and if required, look forward to working with Andrew in the future.

We have a country property which needs more attention during the winter months than a "typical" home. Home owner insurance requires regular monitoring more than just a security system. Water can freeze, mice come inside, no neighbors to monitor if there is any unusual activity. We have never left the house for long but this year, we were gone all winter without any problems. Bespoke took care of everything so we could be away and enjoy our time. We were so pleased when we returned home. My husband is an Engineer so he is very thorough and he was extremely happy with Bespoke's care of our investment. Do not hesitate to use this company. The house was immaculate when we returned. 5 Stars! Money well spent.
