BEWARE!! Decided to rearrange my kitchen, and needed one cabinet and some end pieces to complete the project. I ordered my cabinet from Complete Cabinet Works on October 3rd, was told that they would be 4-5 weeks, and I'm still waiting. It's now January 15th. Called after 4 weeks, was told the owner 'Steve Monk' was busy and would get back to me. He didn't. Called after 6 weeks, was told the cabinets weren't ready, called after 8 weeks left yet another message, after 9 weeks, on Dec 15th, I contacted the Western Canada rep for Columbia Cabinets - turns out, despite my repeated phone calls and attempt to reach Steve, he hadn't actually even ordered the cabinets! I just called him today, and apparently, he left a message 'sometime' between Christmas and New Year's to call him. I received no message and suggested that perhaps it was yet another 'phantom phone call'. I'll be flabbergasted if these things actually materialize. Look elsewhere if you want Columbia Cabinets - call their warehouse for other distributors.
