I recently made a sudden decision to put my house on the market and I wouldn't have gotten the price I did without the work that Aladdin did for me to make my home show beautifully. Danny and his crew were amazing. After multiple no shows from several companies Danny and Aladdin were recomended to me by my Real Estate Agent to do power washing and carpet cleaning. The power washing was THE best I have ever had and my tile floors looked brand new again. When I found out he did renovations too, I invidted him to give me an estimate on all the upgrades needed in my house in order to put my home on the market. He promised me he could make my house listing-ready in one week. He totally redid all the floors in 4 rooms and renovated a bathroom PLUS replaced lighting and plumbing fixtures through the house AND he did my long list of fix-it jobs. As well, he pointed out a number of things that should be done that I hadn't thought of to make my home show at its very best. He is very creative and has a great design sense. He delivered on time and on budget and keep the communication going beautifully through the whole process. He went above and beyond with extras that he just didn't have to do - like replacing two of my kithen lighting fixtures as a bonus! He is one of the hardest-working people I know and his crew follows his lead. I never would have guessed that he could make all that work happen in just one week but I took a chance and he delivered big time. He is also such a fun guy to be around that we missed him once all the work was done and we are looking forward to having him do all the reno's when we move into our new house in September.
