Van Go Glass

While searching for a shower glass company, it was starting to look like there were not many companies that focus mainly on shower doors/glass installs. That's why we feel so grateful to find VanGo Glass. Murray came over promptly/on time and measured our walk-in shower's floor to ceiling glass panel with his lasers, and he was so pleasant and professional to deal with. He gave us his expert opinion on the wall and ceiling brackets needed to secure the panel safely, the clarity improvements with using Ultraclear low-iron glass plus how the Diamon-fusion coating worked, and then Andrea sent us a vey detailed quote the next morning. Murray and Andrea both worked with us to make sure that we would be able to get installed what we wanted, without any hint of pressure or up-selling from them. We placed our order and deposit and just 2 short weeks later, Murray and his helper arrived with everything needed to install our large panel, and the install went super smoothly. Murray also added a glass shelf into our shower niche that looks stunning. We ended up choosing both the Ultraclear low-iron glass plus the Diamon-fusion coating and Wow, does the finished job look excellent! We have gotten many compliments from our family and other tradespeople about how great the clear shower panel looks. We were so happy with the whole VanGo Glass project that we decided to get Murray to also measure for the main bathroom hinged door glass project for our 2nd reno also [separate review to follow].

This is the second project I’ve done with VanGo glass and have been very impressed every time. We did a very small stall shower and Murray installed a beautiful semi-frameless door . Their team communicates very well, they are honest and they care about meeting my needs each time. Their prices are very fair and the quality of the products have been beyond expectation. I contacted Andrea and Murray at VanGo Glass after researching reviews. I required a customer rainshield( glass partition no door) for a bathroom reno after replacing the tub with a shower. Andrea provided a preliminary quote same day. Murray did the final measure and order with the glass ready faster than the original 10 day turnaround. The installation was done quickly and the finished job perfect. I felt that the price charged was very fair for the amount of work and material.

Murray was outstanding from quote to installation to adjustments afterward. He was patient with us as we fussed over details. He offered a reasonable response time in all cases.

We have called Murray back twice to do adjustments and refuses to charge for these services even though in one case we abused the door. Truly above and beyond. If only all trades people could be this outstanding.

We had a few quotes from other companies that were basically one sentence responses to say "The job will cost XXX dollars". Andrea from VanGo Glass provided a competitive quote but also added a lot of details about the job and their services, and it really helped allay our fears of spending a lot of money for something we don't know a lot about.

Once we hired them, Murray had the job measured and installed in less than two weeks. On both visits to our condo he was personable and professional and we could tell he takes pride in his work. The final result is gorgeous, and we will not hesitate to hire VanGo Glass for any future projects.
