The 9 year old MagicPak in my condo had been struggling to keep up with the heat this summer. Alex came as scheduled, he was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing - thorough cleaning, inspection and testing of components - and advised me on future maintenance. The unit is now running efficiently and comfortably cool.
I am happy to recommend Thermo Cool Mechanical, am very pleased with the service including Melissa with the booking and invoicing process.
