Dan F. and Marcus took out an old heater and installed a new water heater. They were terrific! They were on time, efficient, gave great explanations and were very respectful of our home. We have been with this company for 30 years for heating and A/c and other services and one of the main reasons is their technicians. We highly recommend Roy Inch and Sons.

Excellent service. Sales rep Bill Hube very knowledgeable. He clarified all doubts concerning the installation and provided a very detailed explanation about the new units. Techs Kyle, Edmund..there was a 3rd one i do not recall his name... sorry... were super punctual and very meticulous when working. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with the service!!

She helped us in our choice and program our iComfort thermostat wifi.
