Our experience with SunSai Countertops was a very pleasant one. We were very undecided going in as to what color we wanted for our kitchen but both Dany and Vijal helped us with their expertise. We got both out counter tops/island and backsplash completed in quartz...The work was completed on time and was very professional. Dany and his team measured accurately limited work required when installation was taking place and the team cleaned up after them selves with no mess. Everything fit perfectly. Last but not least the price was unbeatable after checking out a few other locations. Our new kitchen with their help looks amazing! I would highly recommend.. Thank you.... The service we received from Sunsai was overall fantastic. They are knowledgable and have great customer services skills from the showroom to the gentle men who do the installation. Lots of selection and they don't try over charging on little things like other places do. My kitchen counter top looks beautiful!! Thank you again!!

We hired Bijal and Danny to redo our entire kitchen, bathroom, as well as the flooring on the main floor. In the beginning, we were very impressed with their knowledge and their work; they both were extremely friendly.
However, the end result of our kitchen is extremely disappointing, to the point where we need to redo our entire kitchen.
First of all, the first paint job they did left patches on our walls, and the paint was uneven. They were nice enough to repaint that.
Second, our brand-new cabinets we got from them have scratches on them. Bijal blamed the scratches on the manufacturer, and that was the end of that. Nothing was done to fix the scratches on our new cabinets.
Third, the backsplash in our kitchen is not put on correctly. The tiles are all crooked, and again Bijal blamed this on the people she hired to do the work. She said next time she will make sure they don't do that, and again nothing was done to fix this. So even now, our brand-new renovated kitchen still have cabinets with large scratches on them, and our backsplash is all crooked.
Fourth, and this is the BIGGEST THING, our new flooring on the whole main floor is completely ruined. The first time they put the tiles down, they tiles were all crooked. They fixed the tiles on almost half the main floor, until we saw that it was crooked and asked them to do it again. Bijal told the people she hired to take off the tiles and start again. And so, they started again and finished tiling whole main floor. Everything looked fine until we started walking on the tiles, and they have literally cracked in half. OUR NEW TILES ON ON OUR NEW FLOOR ARE CRACKED. The grout used to hold the tiles in place is falling our everywhere whenever we walk, making our tiles loose every time and so they keep cracking. We called Bijal and she didn't believe us, and said that it must have been our fault. She said we must be walking no the tiles too hard. Excuse me? We have had tiles in our kitchen for 20 years before she did our kitchen, and not once did those kitchen tiles crack or move. SO we made her come over again to see the tiles in person. At this point, Bijal again continued to make an excuse and she said that our FLOOR WAS UNEVEN, and that is why the tiles are cracking. Again, we had tiles for 20 years before and never once did any contractor tell us this. On top of this, Bijal told us that she did not put a subfloor until our tiles to make our floor even. Why didn't she do this? Because she said that we should have told her that we wanted it. WHAT? WE ARE NOT CONTRACTORS, how are we supposed to know that we need a subfloor. That is why we hired her, she should be telling us that we need a subfloor. And then, when my sister pointed out that we were still upset with the backsplash and the cabinets, Bijal yelled at her and stormed out of my house. And that was the end of that.

She never followed up with the tiles, and she never helped us out with the cabinets and the backsplash, and instead SHE YELLED at my sister and made a scene in my house before storming out.

THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE EVER. I recommend that no one get their kitchen done with her, she is extremely rude and has messed up our entire kitchen.

They did an excellent job with installing our counter top, amazing quality and they completed it on time as promised. We were completely satisfied with their services. I would definitely recommend this company to other people. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

We visited many countertop places before choosing Sunsai because of their straight forward approach, professionalism and overall value for the money. They helped us choose the styles for both counters , came in and measured it and installed it on time as promised even though dates were pretty tight.
Professional and clean installers, top notch workmanship, seams where the slabs are joined are hardly visible. This was the only component of our renovation project that we encountered no problems, delays or any issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking for countertop and will for sure use them in the future.

Sunsai, the name looks little different but work is superb. I and my wife stopped by there for some information and in a few minutes we realized that that was the place we were looking for. Bijal is highly professional and gives you right advice. We felt we are here not for business but in a family and discussing about the renovation plan. She recommended the Kitchen person and sent us to choose the granite in a warehouse where we saw hundreds of color and design.
They were on time, within budget, delivered what they promise. The whole process was seamless from selection to pick the countertop. Measurement was done by Danny on Thursday and they installed the countertop on Monday. I am in Real Estate business and I know lots of related businesses around but Trust me, you cannot get such fast service anywhere. I must say about their installer how good are they . All credit goes to Sunsai and their team. We are very much satisfy and so happy to deal with Sunsai and would definitely recommend them to anyone who has high expectations in less budget.

Sunsai came recommended by a previous customer and they lived up to and beyond our expectations. Our experience was great! We worked with Danny for our counter tops. He helped us with colour coordination, design and stone selection. He even sourced the best slabs for us. Our counters had step edges with rounded corners - which were finished to absolute perfection. Install was very timely and professional. Start to finish we were impressed with level of professionalism. Totally satisfied and will recommend them without hesitation. Good work Danny!!!!

We just had our granite kitchen counters done by Sunsai and are thrilled with the results. The staff was quick and professional, and the results are fantastic. Especially pleased with the style of counter, which wasn't my first pick, but suggested by the office staff and turned out even better! I guess that is what comes from knowledgeable people. They took care of my concerns quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. I will be recommending them to my friends doing renos.

We decided to change our Island and went looking to get a matching top to an existing busy Kitchen counter top and back splash. Design help by Bijal helped in selecting Ceasarstone for both the counter top and island. The project was on a very tight schedule. I commend the extremely prompt and perfect execution by Danny & his team. I would recommend them with no inhibitions.

I actually did the whole contract with another cabinet company and Sunsai was the subcontractor to finish most of the counter tops. Danny came to measure twice before the installation because the counter top company did a poor job. Andrew and a helper came to do the installation. They did a perfect job. They remove their boots in almost all the working time. They only wear the boots for moving the heavy stones. That's a safety restriction. My powder has a mirror lays very low. I tried to remove it by myself but not successful. Andrew find a way to move it up a bit and fit the back splash perfectly. My laundry is kind of hard. I want a waterfall counter top on my D/W closet and above the sink. This is the main concern to me. Since the cabinet company did a poor job on it and came back to adjust it many times. Danny measured it precisely. Andrew manage to make the joint seamless. I will upload some photos later. It's really a perfect job.
