Termax Hvac No Longer In Business

I bought a promotion for duct cleaning through Groupon on Feb 21st 2015. Called Termax to make an appointment, I got the appointment for May 1st (more than 1 month).
On April 29th they called me and said because of some issues with their equipment (which I don't believe), they will not be able to make it on May 1st. Now, they are postponing the schedule to May 29th. So I have to wait for another month.
For now I am giving them 1 star because of their service level agreement doesn't worth more.

Got my ducts cleaned through Termax, i found them through the wagjag deal that they had running. They're services was great and since i had just gotten some renovations done i noticed a big difference. The two gentlemen were very professional and helpful and i was glad with their services.

I purchased the wagjag deal that the company was running. They booked an appointment for me the very same week. Technicians were polite and on time and informed me when they were on the way. I was very pleased with this company, they offered a great deal and excellent service.

Just got my ducts cleaned from Termax, I bought the groupon deal that they had. The receptionist and technicians had excellent customer service. I was very pleased with their service, I got my furnace and ac done as well so Michael was able to give me a good deal. Will be calling them back to get my office done before spring.

Excellent service! Best duct cleaning company I have dealt with so far, glad my sister recommended them to me. The technicians were very informative and polite. Will definitely be calling them back in the future to get my ducts and furnace cleaned again.

Termax was punctual and effective. They did a great job cleaning our ducts and provided friendly/polite customer service. They made sure that everything was done correctly and welcomed any feedback.

termax just finished cleaning my ducts i must say they did a very good job. i got all my ducts cleaned thourly and the technitions gave me good advice on to how to keep my duct system clean. good job guys

I called termax two days ago and got an apointment the next day , the technician were polite and explaind me the process also showed me how to keep my furnace clean.
