I'm very happy with the service Derek provides! I had a toilet that was plugged and nothing we did fixed it. He tried his hardest and even broke the tool in the process. Only thing left to do was to replace the toilet and it was original to the house so it was time anyway. We decided to replace another toilet too at the same time to take advantage of the city rebate on toilets with the watersense sticker. Derek came back a week or so later with two new toilets and had them installed before we knew it. He proceeded to install a valve on a gas line to a fireplace. Again, he did it quickly and efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy and Derek explained everything he had done. Very impressed!
The cost of $1000 is a guestimate since I can't remember how much it really was with the new toilets and material for the gas line as well as trying to get the old toilet working again. However much it was, it was worth every penny and Derek is the one I'll call if I need help again in the future!
