My hunt for a new alarm company stopped when i got ahold of Aaron from Securitron Canada. The response to my inquiry was fast. I asked him a few questions and he answered them with a great deal of knowledge and honesty. I really needed him to come out asap and it was a Sunday morning. Aaron came that day and allowed me to borrow the gsm communicator while giving me a great price for the monitoring. When Aaron arrived i had a few concern s about the previous installation and asked him to correct. He agreed and made everything okay. Great, honest and professional. We flat out loved our experience with Securitron Canada. The way they got to our business the same day and was able to have equipment on hand ready to install. We own a hair salon and needed a new alarm to replace our exsisting one.The sales person was also a former technical person who recommended we change a few devices to insure no more false alarms.We took advantage of the video verification service that was incredibly reliable when it came time for us getting a cat. I went to the store and left the door open to my house, my cell phone rang and popped up with my alarm alert with a quick shot of what the motion caught when tripped. it happened to be just our little cat sammy jumping around.I quickly disarmed my system from my smart phone and re set it.i Received a call from the monitoring station to notify me of this alarm on my account and i was able to cancel dispatch immediately because they could also see the motion camera shot.Thanks SECURITRON CANADA.

I worked with aaron regarding upgrading my existing alarm at my home.I was able to get a very attractive touch screen keypad and a GSM for a reasonable price.We did a contract and it gave us full warranty and service on all our existing equipment.The tech did a thorough inspection to ensure it was all in working order.Since he left we haven't had any false alarms and are very grateful.

Being a school teacher and a mother is not easy, so the last thing i wanted to worry about was our home when i was away.We had a smart system installed to allow us to view our nanny and house keeper while at work.
