The project was a disaster from the start. The quote was a good price, but I would rather have paid a little more and got the result I was expecting without having to negotiate. The expectation was unclear from the contractor as to what was to be delivered, and it was hard to get Frank too move. He drove in the way and wouldn’t “change lanes” without being forced too. Defiantly had a negative interaction with him.
