WOW! What an amazing company. My fridge broke down and basically searched on google who to call. I wish RTC showed up as the first on my list but sometimes you need to know what is out there so you can appreciate those who stand out as great companies. I spoke to Tom. Like the other companies they were busy and couldn't fit me in but Unlike all the other companies, Tom was educated and skilled. Although he wasn't able to send a tech but he just didn't stop there. He tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He told me he will do his best to find me a time sooner and he held true to his words. His technician, Justin, came and he was such an amazing professional and skilled person. He was social and very respectful. He wore his face mask the entire time. He asked for permission to sit on our dinning chair to write up the invoice which I found so respectful. I feel while the market is favorable to those who are in repair business, they didn't see themselves as being in control but really wanted to provide the best service to their community. I am more than glad for anyone to contact me directly and I will only have good things to say about RTC.
RTC, thank you for doing what you do for us Canadians. Words can't express how thankful I am for your amazing service.
I called them twice and had them come back again as the fridge was making the same noise again. I thought the part they had installed failed. Justin felt confident that it wasn't the part and it was a bigger issue. Despite his confidence, he still came and looked at my fridge. Keep in mind that RTC is very busy! He didn't charge me for the two additional runs even though I was willing to pay. On his way out, he saw a rubber gasket which he recognized belonged to my dishwasher and quickly fixed it.
The type of service this company provides, is one which I don't see anymore. I am so thankful to have gotten to know Justin, a man with integrity.
