We have used the appliance repair services of RTC on 4 or 5 different occasions for dishwasher, refrigerator and oven repairs over the past few years. We have always found them to provide excellent service on every level. The reception staff are courteous and efficient, and the service techs are experts at their trade. Our most recent need was for our convection oven that was randomly fluctuating in it's temps. The service tech, Justin, quickly identified the problem and repaired it within 30 minutes of arriving with a $5.00 part. The oven is now working like new. We have always found RTC to be prompt, dependable, honest and fairly priced. I would highly recommend RTC.

I had an old Maytag dryer (from 1995) and a gas Bosch oven repaired and they are both working great!! The service was excellent and the technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so happy with RTC. I will use them again for sure. Highly recommend.

The service from RTC Appliances was excellent. The person who answered the phone was polite and knowledgable. She advised me of the covid protocols and what to expect from the technician. I was able to get a service appointment very quickly. The technician, Lee, was prompt in calling to give me a window of time to expect him. Then he called again to tell me he would arrive in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with the freezer and then explained the options for repair. I would highly recommend RTC Appliances and will definitely call them again.

Dryer was not working and called another place first and they were going to charge me 75.00 for consultation. Called Justin and he ordered a knob and fixed the old one while the new one was ordered. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Will never go anywhere else

Our dryer broke a few months ago and after ordering some parts and trying to fix it ourselves we gave up and called RTC. A very polite tech in appropriate PPE came out a day or two later and had figured out it was a more complex problem than even he expected. He ordered the part, came back to install as soon as it was in, and fixed the problem. Very happy with this service.

Diagnosed my fridge problem over the phone, explained how to fix it if I was handy, offered to come and do the repair if I had any problem with repair. It was a blocked freezer defrost line, which I fixed and is problem-free now. Friendly and expert service.

WOW! What an amazing company. My fridge broke down and basically searched on google who to call. I wish RTC showed up as the first on my list but sometimes you need to know what is out there so you can appreciate those who stand out as great companies. I spoke to Tom. Like the other companies they were busy and couldn't fit me in but Unlike all the other companies, Tom was educated and skilled. Although he wasn't able to send a tech but he just didn't stop there. He tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He told me he will do his best to find me a time sooner and he held true to his words. His technician, Justin, came and he was such an amazing professional and skilled person. He was social and very respectful. He wore his face mask the entire time. He asked for permission to sit on our dinning chair to write up the invoice which I found so respectful. I feel while the market is favorable to those who are in repair business, they didn't see themselves as being in control but really wanted to provide the best service to their community. I am more than glad for anyone to contact me directly and I will only have good things to say about RTC.

I called them twice and had them come back again as the fridge was making the same noise again. I thought the part they had installed failed. Justin felt confident that it wasn't the part and it was a bigger issue. Despite his confidence, he still came and looked at my fridge. Keep in mind that RTC is very busy! He didn't charge me for the two additional runs even though I was willing to pay. On his way out, he saw a rubber gasket which he recognized belonged to my dishwasher and quickly fixed it.

The type of service this company provides, is one which I don't see anymore. I am so thankful to have gotten to know Justin, a man with integrity.

Appliance Repair Service is very bad. They charged $310 and did not repair our refrigerator.. When we called again they did not come out to look.
Another company came. This was RTC. They are very capable, polite. And came a second time at no extra charge. Lee came the first time. He changed details, spent one hour, but charged only for 1 / 2 hour.
Next we called, brother Justin came on Saturday ( not their usual working day ). Fixed the problem at no charge..
Our refrigerator is GE, made in 1988, is now working fine.
We are limited in dimensions, since our kitchen cabinets do not allow
a new higher refrigerator, which are made to last only 10 years.

Had appliance repaired fixed working fine Lee assured me he did all he could to get parts from GE I have purchased GE for a long time will reconsider my next purchase
