Hooking up a ceiling fan

I saw that Community electric had received many reviews and had many people be happy with theire services. So being new to the area, I thought I'd try Community electrical. Andrew and Nick were running a little late(30 minutes) but called to say they were and asked if that was OK. I said I was OK with that(home for the day) They arrived 30 minutes late, but installed a ceiling fan, wired it to a wall switch, all within the verbal price quoted over the phone and the job was completed within a bit over an hour. Great workmanship, Great customer service.Reasonably priced. In and out, no wasted time. Would I use Community Electricagain? Absolutely!

Electrical Work

Andrew (the owner) came out personally to assess everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed quickly and fixed right. Told us what was needed and what wasn't needed. Walked us through everything and really made the whole situation (which is sort of scary, given a fire) comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Andrew from CE for anything from small electrical work to major jobs. It's uncommon to find a guy that honest in the home repairs/electrical contractor world. Great guy and very, very good at what he does. I will never call anyone else.

Electrical projects around the house

Gene from Community Electric responded to my call right away, I did not have to leave a message or wait for him to call me back. We had a few minor electrical things around the house that needed to be fixed (ie chandelier, outlet, pot lights ...) We have been putting it off and the time had come to fix it. He promptly came out and gave us a very detailed, and written estimate. We felt very comfortable with them and decided to use their services, we could not be happier. Thank you you Community Electric.

Lighting

I would recommend this contractor based on my experience today. The lights were installed with minimum holes in my ceiling. Mike, the electrician provided helpful tips and a referral to a drywall contractor. The lights make such a huge difference in my kitchen and helped to create more visual interest in a vast open kitchen. The pricing was VERY competitive. Thank you to Mike and Derek for your assistance with my small project.

Faulty outlet

We had no clue what was causing several outlets to not work and feared there was a major wiring project in her future. It turned out to be a faulty outlet in a spare bedroom. Community Electrical troubleshooted the problem and replaced the outlet all under just one hour. The electrician was prompt, professional and got the lights back on without breaking the bank. My Mom (whose house it was) was thrilled and we definitely would use these guys again!
