Most windows from EuroChoice Windows and Doors are OK. Their service, when there is an issue is poor. I've had 9 windows replaced (on 3 separate occasions in the last 6 years) using this company, and spent almost $12,000.00. There has been an ongoing problem with one window since installation; It leaks and is very drafty when it rains with the winds blowing from the west. The 30 year old window that they replaced never leaked or was drafty. It's been almost a year since I first notified them of the problem. Their "qualified" technicians have came, but never took the window out to inspect it; they removed the trim (and damaged it) and sprayed foam in the gaps, then said it must be the roof. The 5 other same size windows on that side of the building don't leak. Since the president of the company, was never here on the service calls, I requested that he come with the technicians on the next call and witness them taking the window out, properly reinstalling, sealing and insulating it. An appointment was booked, but they didn't show up, call, or email. They have not responded to my requests for a follow-up or refund. Another concern is the mold and mildew that is appearing - not only harmful to the structural components of the apartment, but it can also pose some serious health issues.
** Still not pleased with EuroChoice Windows and Doors. The email I received from this company (on July 12, 2021) states that IF I remove the negative review first, THEN they will do a service call. Seems like their follow up service is conditional.
