Unprofessional Company! BUYER BEWARE
I requested emergency plumber to check out a second floor tub leak. Plumber said it would cost $1250 plus taxes. Recommended emergency restoration services due to the water that leaked to kitchen. Was referred to Martin who was very abrupt, rude and unprofessional. He would not give me a quote/estimate for the work. Said it was covered by insurance. After started the work, ended up removing my whole kitchen ceiling. Found out after they started work my home insurance said they don't use company due to inflated pricing. After sent me an invoice through text message for $27,000+!!!!!! Said they would also put a construction lien on my home because I didn't pay and I hadn't even received an invoice from them.
Do not use them! They were unprofessional, unresponsive and downright disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
